Great location, and hotel bus to universal was really handy. We used uber and to be honest was still less than car hire for the 12days we were there. The two pools were great after long days at the parks a...nd plenty of places within walking distance to eat. All in all fantastic time.

The hotel seems a bit dated now but has everything for a basic stay. Comfortable beds, good shower, coffee making facilities, fridge. The lifts took a while to come as there are only 3 servicing a lot of... rooms. Great location- plenty of food options nearby and a Walgreens opposite the junction. Free parking which is great.

This is my 5th stay in 2 years and each visit has been a great experience, let me tell you why Pre arrival I have requested a specific room which has always been allocated, this make a great start to the ...holiday. ( Thank you Chantal :) ) Hotel are very pleasant and helpful if you have any queries. Rooms are slightly a bit dated but clean and all the amenities you need. Maid service every day where the room is cleaned fresh towels and beds made. Buffet dinner I found great value with a good selection to choose from, Topsy Turvey bar is handy for happy hour and the food is great, if you’re looking for something handy to eat. Pool areas are clean and towels are provided. Location of the hotel is super, centrally located to Universal and restaurants or a short uber ride to Disney. One big plus there is NO resort fees or parking fees to pay, considering most of the hotels do charge for this in a daily base. On arrival not really the welcome I expected ( always thought America was a friendly customer service experience) was given a map with a cross where our room was ( used to being shown but gather as a budge...t place this service is not offered. Room is dark brown wood and looks dated. 1 armchair with worn fabric and no table? Would have expected a table as it is a self contained accommodation. Microwave fridge and coffee machine. Comfy double beds and changed daily along with fresh towels Restaurant was the best thing about this place. Food good quality and very reasonable price. Serving staff and chef you are a credit to the Rosen Inn. 2 pools with towels provided by the end of our stay both were open. So many lizards on the paths so please be careful as you walk. Reception staff were 50/50 on customer service a few were so polite friendly and lots of smiles where others especially the male never smiled and looked totally uninterested. Great safe luggage room shame when we handed our keys in we never got a “thanks for your stay or have you enjoyed your stay here” just basic politeness. Location great for trolley bus and Universal studios (45 min walk to Universal) also a free shuttle from hotel. Disney shuttle is chargeable QR code on reception to book. Run by fabulous buses but unreliable service does sometimes not turn up ( commented by quite a few holidaymakers)

Both times I have stayed (January and April 2025) my time at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were absolutely stunning. The bed was tremendous and very comfortable. If it weren't for the fac...t that now I'm able to stay at my girlfriend's family house, I would choose this hotel again for the next time I'm down in Orlando. I would highly recommend for those people looking for not only a good time, but a very good deal on rooms, especially last minute. Thank You to the staff that do an exceedingly awesome job at keeping the property clean and well tended to.
