We stayed here for a few nights in connected rooms. We were about a 3 minute walk to the main building and food court which was similar to the other values. This was our first time here, but we have staye...d at many of the other Disney hotels. The food court was average along with the rooms. The decor was fun, but the only transportation option were buses. We used our car. Rooms were clean and comfy. The best benefits currently for staying on property is the early entry and the early availability for Lightening Lane and food reservations.

We absolutely LOVED this place and will definitely come back if we visit the area again. Check in was super easy. All staff was super friendly . Rooms were very clean and it was so nice to have our names o...n the tv when we entered . We even got buttons for our 16 year anniversary . Activities throughout the resort and by the pool. Pool was clean and warm . Food was good just not consistent at all. Got the same thing each morning for breakfast all 4 days . The size of the meal changes dramatically day to day. 2 days it was significantly smaller than the other2 days. All around amazing experience. We visited the other 2 all star properties too and they were great but this one seemed the best.

We have been frequent visitors to WDW over the past 2 decades. We spend many nights in an off property timeshare but you cannot beat staying on Disney property. We have stayed at all levels of resorts - ...deluxe, moderate and value. This value resort was one of our favorite stays we’ve experienced. We stayed in the Surf’s Up building literally about 10 steps from the pool and another 50 steps to the Food Court. Best location at the resort! You can tell our building was recently refurnished. We stayed at the Boardwalk a year ago and everything about this room was similar just a smaller scale and at a much lower price point. There are A BUNCH of guests here as evidenced by the jam packed food court in the mornings and also by the lines for the buses. But all and all everything went smooth. Plenty of buses and really did not have to wait more than 10 minutes while we were there. Even if you are not on a budget, give this place a try and put your savings towards other things. You can’t go wrong here. One small item is there is no hot tub. Normally not an issue but it was in the 50’s and a hot tub would have been nice ??

This may be a value resort by Disney standards, but my experience was excellent! The room was great. I love the Murphy bed. It made so much difference in how the room was used. We could sit at the table, i...nstead of the bed. The bus took 12 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom. One thing I would do differently next time would be to request an accessible room. Being older. I am sometimes unstable standing. I am usually self sufficient, but I felt uneasy in the shower. There are no handles at bars to steady yourself. The online check in is easy to use. Disney kept me informed of the status of my room. We did a theme park until the room was ready. The food court was normal for Disney.

My family had the pleasure of revisiting disney after 5 years ..it was my 4 year old's 1st Visit.. Disney can already be stressfull and very expensive. On top of learning how to navigate and book lightni...ng lanes and everything else thas new to me. Guylane was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help me work the glitches on my app. I wanted desperately to make this trip amazing for my little guy and Guylane made that come true! She spent probably 45 minutes just helping in every way she could. Not one time did she show frustration she was always smiling and very genuine. I hope you see this Guylane!! Godbless you!!
