I had a fantastic experience in this resort and it definitely stood out to me. Warm and welcoming, the pool was captivating and created for captivating immersion. Taking care of us, the staff was really ki...nd and went above and beyond to guarantee that we were comfortable. Ease of movement around the resort was provided by the free buses which added convenience for almost everyone. After a tiresome day of exploration, the clean and comforting room coupled with the relaxing bed made it easy to unwind. It was an impeccable experience and I plan on returning anytime soon. Relaxation is what holds true in this resort and I would for sure recommend it to anyone for a peaceful time away from home.

This is a top notch deluxe resort that met our expectations in every single way! The staff at the carriage house was wonderful- the quick service here (Dan from quick service is amazingly helpful in every ...way). Joshua at check in was incredible. He even took our picture to help document our special occasion. They met all of my requests as well! The room interior was immaculate. Everything was new. Housekeeping took great care of us as well!! Tip- get the preferred room. It’s a large place and this will ensure that you are near the action. Thank you to Saratoga Springs for a perfect vacation!!

The rooms and property are beautifully kept up with thoughtful decorations: the views of Disney Springs are spectacular, and there’s plenty of parking! The amenities are fabulous with a selection of differ...ent pools and hot tubs, we got a premium room to be guaranteed within a short walk of one of the pools and hot tubs. The coffee, fridge, freezer, kitchen, tub, shower; and televisions are also top quality! The room includes plenty of storage, a pullout bed in the living room, and a small bed for a child. They have activities featured daily here as well; and bus transportation is available to the Disney parks.

Brilliant! The room we had was very spacious, had everything you could ever need. It was so, so clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were immaculately kept. The food and drink w...ere faultless. All round great stay at this hotel. There was two things which weren’t a fault of the hotel but someone above us was smoking and throwing them off the balcony onto ours. We told the staff and it was quickly sorted. And also people were leaving towels on sun beds and even the tables around the pool which was frustrating.
