An exceptional experience for our family

Kenneth M on Apr 05, 2025

Excellent hotel and stay. Even with a busy conference finishing when we arrived, and a large wedding occurring on the weekend, it never felt anything less than the luxury resort it is known to be. Its re...putation is very well earned and the Arizona Biltmore remains a favorite for our family. Special kudos to the tennis facilities and the Director of Racquet Sports Brendan Easterling. Brendan provided top notch tennis lessons and is a true professional. Well done.

Relaxing, long weekend…

mvmills (Dallas, Texas) on Apr 03, 2025

Very old architecture, but facilities kept current. A few low ceilings. Service is the key here. This was closer to a Four Seasons than a Hilton. One of the best resorts in Scottsdale. Spa, adult pool, o...utdoor bar were all exceptional. The grounds were incredible. Painstakingly manicured for every lawn and garden. Downsides: corporate events took over every other day. Finding a pool chair is challenging on the weekend. They need to be more aggressive on clearing out “held” chairs. Treadmills are dated in the gym. Peloton are ready for an upgrade. This maybe my favorite Scottsdale Resort for the price. Splurge for a suite. It includes the Citrus Club. Food and beverage all day and evening.

Not a good experience and they seem to care.

Flyer18292 (Roanoke, Virginia) on Apr 02, 2025

Negative reviews that are much more in depth than mine are spot on, please read. Arrived and rooms not ready at 3, and they have confused what type of room we’re supposed to have. Attendant at front desk n...ot helpful. We are spending $100k for a 40-50 person 2 day summit, and they didn’t even send a manager to discuss the room situation. Property is nice but not exceptional and very disappointed with lack of service given our cost. Definitely not 5 Star service. Won’t come back.

Such a beautiful old classic that we have great memories at ..but service was lacking this time

drmader (Orinda, California) on Mar 31, 2025

This should be a 5 . Love this property. It’s a place we stayed many times years ago. Used to come to the area weekly for work and would entertain and stay, meet my husband, golf, spa, tennis. Love the mai...n original building, the iron windows, the cool Architecture, sultry wrights bar, the pool. We travel a lot and prefer the classics likeOjai Valley Inn and Hotel Del And Torrey Pines and Mauna Kea.. we tend toward Marriott’s usually to be point loyal..Although hilton does have a Cabo property and grand wailea we like . We stayed at 4 season Scottsdale our last trip here -the gold standard in my opinion for service anywhere ....but not always possible W how $$ 4 seasons are .. we opted to come here to recall fun trips past even tho Phoenix wasn’t the plan.. rooms and grounds still fantastic .. the boganvilla, adobes, the smell In general reminds me of the proper In Austin.. excellent white sangria ..great coffee spot and gelato and good job on who ever is burning brands for the shops.. the not great starting w check in..not enough staff.. took Way too long to check in..offered an upgrade for $300 More a night? A trend we are seeing..last 3 hotels we Have been to In past months-Maui, Vegas and here all Did the upsell spiel at check in..must be working because they’re All Doing..I like an upgrade because we are members ? It make you feel like whatever you booked isn’t good..I don’t care for the upsell speech when I have just arrived . Hmm then we asked if we had a tub..yes of course ..except no tub. Then stopped at concierge to get hiking info.. told to go online? Why have a concierge if you just want me to do it myself online. Went to bar later for drinks..waited an hour For a congealed gross “pizza “ The we didn’t eat.. was told To stand in the once again in long front desk line to take that off the bill? Wouldn’t a competent waitress just take that off? It wasn’t eaten.. it was cold.. Silly. Pickle ball..go online? Hello Concierge ..now upsell Me..book Stuff for us -make it easy to pick my pockets everyday I am here. I walked over and got someone delightful to help me.. thank you mason . pool servers hard working and great-sold us many drinks and snacks .love that. .thank you very much. Housekeeping great ..on Monday we had a 6pm flight so we figured we would get a late check out and hang out..nope -out by noon? What’s regular check out time 10? Hmm just disappointing. They would sell me more time but otherwise full? So either you have room Or you don’t .. Just like check in..I can sell you an upgrade but not grant it to a loyalty member ? That’s in conflict to me. So all that to say..if you like charm and history the Biltmore is a lovely property.. set your service and loyalty expectations. I find Fairmonts the same way . And when 4 seasons seems too expensive ..next time I won’t hesitate. Time off to relax is too precious to be kicked out of your room without at tub at noon..

Biltmore Wonderful Experience

Carroll A (Germantown, Tennessee) on Mar 31, 2025

Lovely hotel but the staff was even better. Kaylee, our waitress at McArthur's restaurant, was absolutely fabulous. One of the sweetest staff and she should be recognized. She is a wonderful ambassador ...for your property. Beautiful property and gorgeous flowers.
