The staff are very nice. Everyday they would greet us with a smile. In the morning at the cappuccino bar it was always a pleasant start. In the evening dinner at the Oregano, only great things to say with all the waiters, Victor. Vielka and all the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Every person that works there deserves an applause. There are many resorts, but what makes good memories are the way they treat their guest. Last but not least Special thanks to Jennifer She was in charge of my parents 50th wedding anniversary in November 2,2024. She was exceptional and a beautiful person. Thank you

Me and my husband came to DR for the first time. Before our visit Misael checked in and made sure we had everything such as transportation ready. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and Misael checked us in and got us in a stunning room with a beautiful view close to the beach! We were able to eat at the amazing restaurants there. Their buffet provides different types of food every day which is awesome. They have different activities there and an amazing coffeehouse (if you go i extremely recommend the Frappuccino) staff was very helpful and majority of them spoke english! The drinks were amazing overall amazing experience and i will definitely be coming back and recommending to my family and friends. Also amazing location 20-25 mins from the international airport

No hot water in room, refrigerator broke, low alcool and normal drink on bar! They serve only cheap one! If you are not in Elite Member club you will pay for a lot of additional stuff! Including massage, beer, arcade, good foods! Sadly I’m really disappointed of the new Puerto Plata decision! It’s really expensive also!

The hotel is very nice, clean, very friendly people but the best part are the animation staff, they make the place extremely lively, I want to thank Nelly, Alex, Droopy and Pablo. They work really hard and create an amazing atmosphere for everyone on the resort.

The food was Good I wish the juice were natural, the alcoholic drinks need to be more natural and better, but Samuel Almonte was an excellent staff also so nice to everyone and happy. Eriberto jhonsan had good customer service. I have so much fun at emotions.
