As of January 2020, the sister hotels Canto del Sol and Villas Vallarta are combined under the name Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta with a Beach section (currently Canto del Sol) and a Mountain section (formerly Villas Vallarta). Guests in either section have full access to the amenities and facilities of both sections. Please note accessible rooms are only available in the Canto tower and that Villa Tower rooms are not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

NO NO NO ! Can’t believe WestJet and others offer this …. Horrific place! Do not stay here. Go read all of the one star reviews. It’s all true. All of it is seriously gross. We love Mexico and have been coming for years. This is the first time I have left a review. Again, everything is gross! The rooms, gross, the “Barfee”…absolutely gross! No water in rooms, no nothing. Locks don’t work. Stay out of anything Villas. Seriously…..was so happy to leave. Would never ever go there again.

First of all the room and clean and the beds are comfy Alex at the pool bar is the best love all the upgrades they have done to the resort. Pools a la carts. Food and staff and location is great. I would like better coffee but there is a great coffee house 2 minutes away
