Hard to cancel and get your deposit refunded

I been trying to cancel and get a full refund back from this hotel for the past week under their terms and conditions . No response, be wary of booking with a deposit at this hotel, they seem not to want t...o return them. I hope this is just slow admin but there seem to have been other occasions of this.
Unforgettable sunset dinner at Bocados

We had an incredible dining experience at Bocados during our stay at Garza Blanca Hotel Mousai. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Esteban gave us the best recommendations and truly elevate...d the evening with his attentiveness and expertise. Rosalio and Luis Angel were also wonderful, warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout. The live trumpet music added a special touch, and we were lucky to have a perfect front-row view of the sunset. The food was absolutely excellent. Every bite impressed us. We left feeling taken care of, full, and very impressed. Thank you to the entire Bocados team for making it such a memorable night for our honeymoon.
