This resort is beyond top notch! I am a traveler and anything I even closely thought was top notch has absolutely no comparison to Hotel Mousai. Every restaurant, every employee and every moment was beyond exceptional. One in particular I can say is Ricardo at the Rooftop south. He was an absolute pleasure from his service. No need to look for another vacation spot because this is it!

Their staffs are so great, very attentive and fast. Rafa, Garry at Market Breakfast, Juan, Elizabeth and Oscar around beach, very friendly, treat us (SOB volleyball group) very well. I cannot wait to come back to see them every year!

The service here has been top notch since our arrival. From the butler Diego to the pool service provided by Ricardo, we felt like VIPs the whole time. There was never a moment where we felt a need to ask for anything, as it was provided before we needed to ask. We are looking forward to the next visit here.

We had a wonderful anniversary at Hotel Mousai. From Greta our Butler to our wonderful South Pool staff Ricardo, Rafael, and Antonio. They made our stay perfect. After a short time knowing exactly what cocktails we wanted and great suggestions. The food throughout the various restaurants was wonderful. Our favorite was Dao the Chinese cuisine. Done the amazing appetizers, entrees, and awesome desserts. You will not be disappointed. The other restaurants will not disappoint either. The great thing about this hotel is the staff no matter where we were provided consistent top notch quality service and attention. Friendly was the least of it. Always helpful and kind. We stayed in an upper ultra suite on floor 12 and loved being on so high and just one floor away from the pool. BTW the food available at the pool was amazing. The tuna sashimi, jicama tacos, Vietnamese spring roll, and Angus Burger were amazing. There is so much other menu options that were great as well. We look forward coming back.
