We just returned from the most incredible stay at this resort, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch—starting with the breathtakingly... beautiful water and the immaculately groomed grounds that made every stroll feel like a walk through paradise. The resort never felt like we were packed in like sardines or moving through like The entire staff, from room service to management, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could truly tell that everyone loved what they do. A special shoutout to the entertainment team—they not only kept things fun and engaging for everyone, but they also knew our kids by name and made each of them feel special every single day. That personal touch meant the world to us. Especially Happy Boy, Twin and Jerry!! They were the absolute best! The food? Absolutely delicious. So many choices! We loved that we didn’t have to worry about reservations or long waits—every restaurant was ready to serve us right away. As someone with a gluten allergy, I was especially impressed by how accommodating the staff were. Every restaurant and even room service went above and beyond to make sure I had safe and satisfying options. Montiliz went absolutely above and beyond to make a special gluten free pizza every day. Sweet Mari at the hostess stand The cherry on top was Carlos the Preferred Area butler that sent a good morning text with the day's activities and highlights, checked on us throughout the day, helped with any reservations for the spa, beach dinners and answered every question we had - sometimes before we even knew we had one. Carlos always had a smile on his face and was more than willing to go above and beyond to be of service. This trip was everything we hoped for and more. We felt relaxed, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed March 22 to March 29 towards the end of our stay my wife got sick due to either water or food contamination. We were leaving Saturday morning, and we saw the doctor at the hotel she was nice. S...he gave us a lot of medication which didn't help and a $300 bill. The trip back to Boston was terrible. We went to urgent care on Sunday morning they hooked her up to an IV drip. They said she eat or drank something at the hotel that we never left while we were down there. It could last up to 14 days which is tomorrow she has been very sick and missed two weeks of work. So, our vacation at Dreams turned into a nightmare.

What a wonderful experience! The ocean was beautiful shade of soft blue! We were wined and dined with enthusiasm by hard-working staff that wanted our experience to be special ! The evening shows were fu...ll of talented individuals who wowed the audience! I could easily do this again!

I had a wonderful time at Dreams Dominicus last week! Resort was beautiful and the staff was exceptional! Food was delicious and we are excited to book our next trip again in the near future! Staff members... names that were exceptional: Justo (spa), Cojo (server at the Preferred Club Restaurant), the female manager at the Preferred Club Restaurant-cannot remember her name but she went above and beyond, Armando (bartender) and the entertainment staff: Guppy, Happy Boy, Jerry, Chicken, Jey, Champion, Niky, Mello, Mini Cooper, and Brayan were all amazing!

The staff was excellent! The grounds are very well kept and the restaurants were very good. We were blessed to have Ada as our butler and she far exceeded our expectations! If you go, be sure to ask for he...r. All the other staff were great! The entertainment was very good.
