Loved our girls trip from the time we arrived, and was so sad to leave 1 week later. The staff at the whole resort were the best. Loved Melina at the Xhale beach and Wily our VIP Host was excellent. Payano... and Alhenny at the Steakhouse were excellent servers always with a smile. Our room had 2 dbl beds and they brought in a twin bed, room was always clean and made up. Excellent Time

Food was not very good. We had an event shortly after our arrival to the resort and resort staff kept insisting that they had to take our luggage. We basically had to demand our own luggage. We were ther...e for a wedding. We used our time share exchange travel credits but paid the same as other family memers that did not exchange. We were there for a wedding so we had no other option than to pay.

This Was A Great Adults Only Resort. Clean, The Staff Was Friendly And All The Food In The Restaurants Were Great. I Suggest Upgrading For Exhale As This Is Worth It. A Few Issues With Our Room But That... Could Happen Everywhere, And Was Remedied After A Little Bit

Our stay exceeded every expectation we had. The Exhale club is a must and worth the extra money with the amenities and speciality bars we had access too. The room was perfect- swim up pool was a must. We c...an’t wait to go back. This stay was amazing
