Cockroaches in the rooms

My family and I stayed there for a week in April. The resort itself was fun, food was great at the buffet. Plenty of free chairs by the pool. Rooms were a diseaster. Old, outdated, smelly and stinky. Our s...econd night in, we came back to our room with cockroaches rooming around. We complained the next day and were offered a different room thats cleaner and roach free. Why were we given a dirty room to begin with, I dont know. But, next night we came back to more cockroaches having a dance in the middle of the room. We were moved to the second floor right off and never saw cockroaches in the rooms again, only outside on the paths. All in all, we will never come back there again.
