The room was very very hot especially at night even after complaining for days nothing was done or even acknowledged. I was unable to enjoy my friends and activities because of being tired from not sleepi...ng in the hot room. Safe did not work and some of the staff was very indifferent. Also if you have mobility issues the tub/shower is very difficult to get in and out.
