Here currently- holiday is being completely spoilt by two things. People smoking by the pool. A smoking area would make the experience much better. The thing that is really ruining the ability to relax is the constant Latin music playing out of speakers - it is so loud. What makes it really unbearable though is that when music is playing for activities - which i completely understand is that the speakers keep playing so you end up with two different tunes blaring out at the same time - just awful. Please sort this out it is just inbearable.
