Good family experience

Susie G on Jul 12, 2024

Nice beach with fish to see when snorting. Good food choices and quantity. Comfortable room (junior suite) basic air conditioning. Hotel is very busy at this time of the year (July). Be prepared for a busy buffet and busy pool/beach. My phone was stolen, be mindful of your personal items. Great for families, with things to do for all ages.

Very disappointing ??

Food is descent but the amount of flies in the buffet area was disgusting to say the least. The check in process needs to be changed as you go from one counter to another to fulfill the process. Also, you are allowed one dinner a la carte per stay, if you choose to experience other restaurants you have to pay $50 dollars per room per restaurant. My advice, don't waste your time and money on the Brazilian restaurant as there are a few meat choices and many flies around the buffet area (the restaurant is outdoor and the heat its unbearable).
