It was ok but not what I was expecting

Hotel was not like the pictures on the website at all. It was like pulling teeth to have coffee brought up to the room. (I don't like to use in room coffee pots) Location is great. Walls are very thin I could hear the rooms next to us everything going on in the hall and on the street. first night there asked for recommendations on somewhere to get a quick bite and they were not helpful at all. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, desk clerk was friendly. But again, don't be fooled by the photos
Great Hotel by the Wharf!

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever checked in to. The rooms were nice and the staff were extremely friendly. We arrived to town super early before our check-in time. I called ahead of time to see if there was early check-in and sure enough there was. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted and checked in by Jose. He was very accommodating and friendly with a great personality! Definitely going to check in at this hotel again next time I visit San Francisco.
