Very close to cruise terminal, hotel has shuttle service ,17 per person very convenient every half hr. Very close to many walkable distance restaurants . Dingtaifeng and HaidiLao hotpot are must if you are into Chinese food

The staff are rude and not helpful, the pool is not free to guests, there is no complementary breakfast, nor microwave in the room. There are better hotels to choose in the area that are more accommodating and will not disappoint like this one.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Hyatt Regency Seattle! Amazing service, amenities, attention to detail, and location. As Globalists, we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite on an upper floor with the best view. Also, to celebrate my spouse’s birthday, the staff prepared complimentary sweets, a bottle of sparkling wine, signed greeting cards, and a gift card. Having travelled to ~40 countries, this was one of our most memorable hotel stays EVER. An unparalleled level of service. Thank you, Hyatt Regency Seattle!!

Highly recommend! The staff were helpful and friendly with any questions or concerns. The rooms are spacious and feel very high end. Nice little touches are included in the rooms. Everything from a real hair dryer (not one on the wall) to motion sensor lights on the nightstand to help when getting up in the dark.

Great stay. Staff was very accessible and handle everything we needed quickly. My main point of contact Madalyn was very responsive.
