The most heavenly escape I have ever been on.

When I think back to this vacation we went on for my bestie's 50th birthday, I almost feel like I dreamt it. It was the MOST incredible place I have ever been. I stayed in a beach front room that was beau...tifully decorated in an uncluttered, modern way, with a private balcony overlooking the beach which was impeccably clean. The bathroom was huge! There was a mini fridge and NESPRESSO in the room which I fell in love with. Every night, my bed was turned down and a pot of tea and cookies waited for me on it. The food offered at the restaurants onsite were OUT OF THIS WORLD. The spa services, and the wellness classes were also a dream come true. I cannot say enough. It is like a once in a lifetime trip that I pray I can go on again! We did the aquafit classes every day and it was like a dance party in the water- but challenging fitness with weights! There are so many things to do, or nothing at all- it's your call. This was the mental break we all needed. If you are hesitating to book this, DO IT NOW. You owe it to your body and brain.

This was our second visit to Body Holiday, and we will return. The resort is beautiful, the food options delicious, and the activities offer something for every age group. The staff is top notch in every a...rea--fitness instructors, restaurant wait staff, beach attendants, you name it. And having a spa treatment every day is such a luxury! I highly recommend BodyHoliday.
