Bel jour was a brilliant hotel . The staff are exceptional always eager to help and happy. Special mention to Chantel, Jean him, Lionel Devon and Dean to list but a very few. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds . Good choice of food you will never go hungry. Shuttle bus service to beach and Castries a bonus. One of the best holidays .

Best holiday we have had in ages. Our room was a standard partial seaview it was large, plenty of hanging space,great aircon and balcony. Food was of a high standard as are all facilities. The staff are exceptional with top marks to Merliva our maid followed by Sam, Jeffrey, Lionel, Jean him, Chantel Cyprius Dean to name but a few....... thanks team you made our holiday so special Steve and Anita Kings Lynn UK room 205

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to St. Lucia. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfy. We loved the views from the hotel and the 2 pools. Food and drinks were amazing. Staff was so nice, friendly and helpful with everything and it's really helpful that they offer a shuttle to the beach and into town. We also loved that the gym was pretty well equipped and we could workout everyday.

My sister and i stayed at the Bel Jou or 4 nights. The Good: The team is amazing. Very responsive, friendly and want to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. The property is clean with great views. Food was just okay. The Bad: You will need to purchase water. Bring your own water bottle. You can fill at the bar. Too chill. They do not play music at the pool or anywhere really. Not much entertainment other than live music at night. Nothing after 11:00 pm. They have an amazing rooftop that is not used for anything. Over an hour from the airport on a windy road.

I stayed at Bel Jou for a week and was not disappointed. I went on a solo vacation, but the staff at Bel Jou made sure I never felt alone. Every staff member I encountered took the time to remember my name and always looked out for me. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The buffet chefs always greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly conversation. I stayed in a partial sea view room and was not disappointed. The room overlooked Castries, the sea, and had views of the entire hotel. As many others have mentioned, if you're looking for a party vibe, this may not be the place for you—BUT if you're seeking calm enjoyment, relaxation, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Bel Jou. The vibes were immaculate from start to finish. On a whim, I decided to extend my stay by one more night, and the staff accommodated me with no issues. Special thanks to Dean, the bartender (I can’t recall his name), Princess, Keisha, Stasia, Brandon, Kayah, and Devon. I will definitely be coming back!
