We stayed at the lovely Ports of Call Resort for 3 nights, and I can honestly say the hospitality was exceptional. The staff—some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered—were attentive, warm, and truly we...nt the extra mile. What really stood out was the care and kindness shown by Jodi at the front desk. I ended up with a really bad sunburn during our stay, and she actually brought me a fresh aloe plant leaf to help soothe the burn. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and speaks volumes about the service here. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of Grace Bay, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. As a bonus, the complimentary breakfast and all-day access to great coffee and croissants made our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Ports of Call Resort to anyone visiting the islands. The people here truly make it special.

It’s a warm welcoming environment for the family, perfect for kids, wonderful pool, great breakfast buffet. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops... and restaurants. The poolside bar was great- that mango daiquiri was delicious! Even more than these attributes, the staff, everyone, was friendly, of good cheer, always quick to smile, and helpful. I’d for sure come back!
