Totally fine hotel in a nice neighborhood. Room was clean and we slept well. The hotel has nice views of the water. We stayed in winter (it rained our entire visit) and the hotel's outdoor pool seemed to b...e heated as it had steam coming off of it; no one was in the pool. The indoor pool was like a children magnet. The hotel decor is probably just at the point where it is going to be dated in a few years if it isn't soon renovated.

Time limit on breakfast table - gobble up and get out! There’s no club lounge here, so you have to eat in the main breakfast room, and even as Ambassador Elite, pay for a hot breakfast!!!!!! That accepte...d, you only have a limited time to do so, before you are ejected to free up your table (by F&B Director, in my case!) Very uncomfortable way to start the day.

It was a really nice place to stay, the view is the best for stanley park, the breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options, the outside pool was great, it was freezing outside, so it was a pleasure t...o swim in the warm water. The sauna smells so goods, and the amenities too. I'd recommend it.

Love this hotel! The location is amazing right on the seawall. The resort atmosphere is a great escape. The service is top notch. The rooms are very clean. We love the breakfast buffet. The newly renovate...d gym is also a nice treat! One suggestion is to have an adults only sauna as they get quite busy with kids going in and out with the temperature being only warm. Otherwise, great stay and we will be back!

Fabulous location . Beside the water , next to Stanley park with very easy walking or drive access to the city . Wonderful Outside heated pool and saunas . Great location for a cycle or jog along the water...front and into the park . Rooms are ok . A little dated . The gym is small and gets crowded and the restaurants get busy at the weekend which can make it difficult to get a table for dinner and breakfast . The free use of bikes is a great addition to.
