The best customer service we have received at a hotel in years. Genuine staff taking an interest in your stay. Great location. Valet parking very easy to manage. We were there for a medical appointment and they went way up and above to ensure we had everything we needed and made things as stress free as possible. Highly recommend under any circumstances but especially if you or family members are in the city for medical reasons.

Best place to stay when visiting Victoria! Central location close to everything, clean rooms and secure valet parking! the staff is also super friendly and helpful and send texts for updates (especially great when you hate asking for anything like towels because you hate to bother the busy front desk) ! It’s super close to government street, the harbour front and Dallas Rd/ Beacon Hill Park - for the best morning run! The gym in the hotel is also equipped with everything for a decent workout and has a water bottle fill station, and there’s free coffee in the lobby! The nightly rates are always decently priced and we’ve never had a bad stay here.
