How to qualify
- Request convention travel a minimum of 90 days before the first date of travel, and up to a maximum of 330 days before travel.
- Maximum convention duration is seven days.
- Please allow up to five business days from the time of inquiry to have a discount code set up. We will supply you with a discount code which can be given to your delegates so they will receive the special rate at the time of their booking.
