Cabin downgrade refund request

 WestJet now offers automatic refunds for cabin downgrades, ensuring eligible guests receive their refund without needing to take action.

If you purchased a ticket in our Business or Premium cabin but a seat was not available in that cabin due to a flight interruption, you may be eligible for a partial refund. 

If more than 30 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
