Extra charge for access to the resort: I have traveled to several countries, including the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana and Bayahibe), Cape Verde, Mexico, Djerba, Brazil, and Spain. I have stayed at various resorts, and this is the first time I’ve had to pay an extra daily fee for full access to the resort with an all-inclusive package. I’ve stayed at several well-known hotel chains, and I’ve never encountered this before. Lack of umbrellas on the beach: There were not enough umbrellas to provide shade for everyone wanting to stay on the beach. A poor service that forced me to purchase the VIP pass to get shade on the beach. Christmas parties: The Christmas parties, especially on Friday and Saturday, completely disrupted the purpose of those who pay for vacations like this, seeking peace and quiet. Luggage was scattered all over the hotel, making it feel like we were in a nomadic camp or a public pool. Inappropriate behavior and excessive noise did not match the hotel environment.

The bed, pillows and sheets were wonderful! Drinks at the Barracuda pool bar were the best, All the areas were very clean. The food was less than average just one or two things had good taste so that was a bit disappointing. Also the main buffet area had a few leaks in the ceiling that were leaking on some of the food and at a particular moment I was standing in the buffet waiting for my eggs during breakfast and some water from the leak in the ceiling feel on my plate. That was a bit disgusting.
