Callback requests are only available to guests located in Canada and the United Sates, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please see our international numbers page for further details.

If you booked through a travel agent, online booking agency, corporate travel arranger, or another airline, please contact them directly.

Flight-only inquiries

The flight-only inquiries callback service will connect you with an agent who can only assist with inquiries related to flight bookings. If you have a WestJet Vacations booking, please use our WestJet Vacations inquiries callback request form.
