Guests staying in a Luxury Collection Suite in 2024 will recieve
- 1 game of Golf per adult per stay: 1 November – 10 April – 5 Night Minimum.
- Unlimited Golf per adult per stay: 1 May – 31 October (Monday to Friday) – 5 night Minimum.
Guests staying in a Luxury Collection Suite in 2025 will recieve
- 1 game of Golf per adult per stay year-round – 5 Night Minimum.
Complimentary golf includes: complimentary green fees and golf club rental.
- Golf cart rental is not included and can be booked for US$30 per person per round.

Staff working outside on beach in shack are very rude as is their security guard Top tip I think you need to send all hospitality staff on a customer care training course If I could have scored you zero I would have Good customer service is very important

During my stay at a nearby hotel, my friend and I decided to take a walk along the beach. We came across a beach bar and thought it would be nice to grab a drink and a snack. After ordering two drinks and inquiring about the snacks, a security man at the bar abruptly confronted us, asking if we were guests of the hotel. His tone was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. We explained that we were not staying at the hotel but were simply looking to purchase a drink and something to eat. Despite this, he continued to be confrontational and told us to leave. Feeling upset and unwelcome, we began to walk away. At this point, a woman from the bar approached us and suggested we follow her to buy vouchers for food and drinks. Confused but willing to comply, we followed her through the hotel, only to be led back outside the front of the hotel and told to leave the premises altogether. The entire experience left us shocked and embarrassed. The staff’s behavior was not only unprofessional but entirely unnecessary. If the bar is reserved exclusively for hotel guests, clear signage should be displayed to avoid situations like this. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment, as the treatment we received was both rude and disappointing. It’s clear the staff could benefit from training in customer service and hospitality.
