We asked for two adjoining rooms before we got there only to be told nothing was available unless we payed an extra $20 a night per room cash !!! Is this even legal ? Where did the money go? We got a crappy 5th floor room overlooking dumpsters with zero view despite booking a strip view . I’m thinking a bit of a con was going on at the front desk . Excalibur if you read this you need to sort this out . Every year we come we get the nastiest room possible but this year took the cookie when you asked for a further $400 on top of the $800 to have adjoining rooms . What kind of racket are you running

We completed online check in and got a message that our room was being prepared. An hour later our room was still not ready so we stood in a long line to see the concierge who finally gave us a room. Nevermind the fact that check in is 3pm and it was 6pm before we got in a room. The room is very outdated, unclean, smells musty and very thin walls! We had refrigerated medicine and had to ask to have a refrigerator delivered to our room. No water & no coffee in the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
