Poor information, poor customer service. You feel like after they got your money, they leave you hanging. It's an extremely long wait at the hotel lobby desk, so if you are looking for information you are ...pretty much hosed. We thought the Tournament of Kings was the 4th best show out of the 5 we saw.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at Excalibur. Staying in the resort tower, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, leaving the smell in my clothes for days after. House keeping was excellent and they replace...d towels despite the fact I hung them up. The customer service at reception was fair to poor. If you asked any questions outside their usual script the response was curt and annoyed. The location was excellent, being down the more interesting end of the strip and to shows. The free tram is a god send, but it's too fair from the monorail after a long day of walking. The food options are poor. The resort fee is overpriced for the amenities. Avoid the Thunder from Downunder kiosk as they are pushy and offensive.

Loved how quick and friendly the front desk staff were, and that they were able to get us into our room early. Our room was extremely clean and the location was perfect. The pool had tons of loungers so t...here were plenty to choose from. The food and drinks were very affordable! We didn't leave the resort as it provided everything we needed for our perfect trip.

This hotel looked amazing from outside so we had to go in to have a look around. Inside was pretty cool, plenty of restaurants, tables, slot machines etc. I’m glad we took the time to visit here. We had a ...gamble on the tables and lost, but do you ever win in vegas

Great value, location, and pool area! Same central location as several pricier resorts across the street. Good, reasonably priced buffet and in-casino sports bar TAP, especially with MyVegas reward. Sta...ff is super-friendly and helpful.
