Horrible experience the noise is unbearable

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with staying at Flamingo Las Vegas on 3/29 /25 Saturday . The room were clean and met the expectations but the damn music noice from outside continu...es to play throughout the night at a loud unbearable volume! I called the customer service to ask if I can get another room and when if the music will stop ? The customer service simply replied, I’m sorry that the music is outside of the hotel and we can’t do anything about it! The did not offer me to switch to another room on other side of the hotel . I’m on 7 floor. Now 2:15 am the Music continues to play like next to your ear! This is unacceptable for customers who paid nearly $300 a night for a 3-4 stars hotel! This is even worse than motel 6. I will definitely not comeback to this hotel. This is probably my worse experience with any of the hotels on the strips of Las Vegas! The customer service at the Flamingo also one of the worst service I ever experienced period! Can’t wait to get the hell out of here! I am so disappointed!
Will not honor the offer I was sent

Horrible customer service manager did not honor my confirmation of late check out $30 2pm she was rude didn’t offer help wouldn’t even look at my email! As a returning Caesar’s credit card member I think i...t’s so bad to be sent an offer then check in it’s disregarded with no explanation! Mgm from now on
