Sandals Negril is the best!

Sandals Negril was a beautiful resort! I went on a girls trip and it was so much fun. The restaurants were delicious with so many options. My favorite being the buffet! The coffee and ice cream were to die for as well. The staff were excellent. Our new friend Lush showed our group so much kindness. He worked all day at the resort, performed in the show that night, and stayed up very late to dance with us at the karaoke/dance party. That will always be one of my favorite memories! Lush definitely made our trip so much fun! The beach and pool were amazing. The activities were awesome as well. My only complaint is not having even time to do every thing the resort offers!
Sandals Negril - Yea, Mon!

Sandals Negril is a great property - the people and vibe are what make it so special. Food and drinks are also fantastic! My husband and I stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean (Montego Bay) two years ago and had a very bad experience there. This newest stay at Sandals Negril has helped to restore my faith in the Sandals brand. The staff at Sandals Negril are amazing - there were a few standouts. Sabrina at the lobby bar, Patricia for our beach dinner. Truly though - everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. The entertainment crew was great and so was the piano bar player. My only complaint are the workers in the Club Sandals office. I’m not sure why but at the last two Sandals I’ve visited - they seem to be the least friendly and least accommodating. Which seems bizarre given that Club Sandals is sold as a perk. The one time we tried to use Club Sandals to get our Sandals robes (that should have been in the room) - it took several hours… along with a request for a few sodas and waters. Their system between food/drinks/Club Sandals seems disjointed and I’ve seen this same problem at other Sandals. We visited Club Sandals another night to grab a quick drink (also a perk they advertise) and the worker seemed annoyed we were there. One other slight disappointment (no fault of Sandals)… but the ocean at this property isn’t nearly as clear as it looks in pictures. I love a crystal clear ocean and this one is a bit more cloudy than I’d hoped. It was nice having access to Beaches - we went there several times for their better beach. We walked one day and I regretted it… much safer to pay the $5/person to get a taxi to Beaches.
