Matthias was amazing! When you’re around definitely come and ask for him, he’s amazing and so is the resort. We’ve only been here for a day and everyone has been so attentive. There are so many restaurants and amazing bars. The weather and water is great.
One of the BEST Vacations We've Had

We just left Negril. I was worried how our vacation would be after reading some of the reviews. We've been to Sandals 14 times in Jamaica, we love Jamaica and each time we have a great time. With that being said, this vacation was one of the BEST vacations we've had at Sandals. What better way to start your vacation than with Christopher and Shemoy. They were by far the best Butler Team we have experienced at Sandals, from the very minute of our arrival to our departure it was exceptional service. The food was outstanding! As a chef, I am very critical when dining out. Some of the food was better than others, but everything we ate was delicious. From the various Jamaican dishes that our Butlers served us for lunch to the Tacos at Perla, Crab Cakes at Sundowner and Coconut Ice Cream at Crema. Everything was great as was the people that served us. As for chairs on the beach and main pool, there were always plenty to go around,Butler and no Butler. No worries on that regard. We did not have one bad experience with any one on the Sandals team. They were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The only negative I have to say about the entire week was how bad the mosquitos and sand fleas/flies were. Bring insect repellant that has DEET, I don't care for the DEET, the stuff I brought was totally useless, so my fault on that regard. Last WIFI was sketchy, we had no WIFI in the room at all, our patio was hit or miss, and could be hit or miss depending on where you are on the resort. We were in room 6112, Swim Up at the Sundowner building. The pool was great, our neighbors were great. We met a lot of very nice people all around.
