Amazing Resort

This was our third trip to a Sandals resort, but our first one in Negril with a Butler. We had Christopher & Shamoy. They were absolutely phenomenal. They were very attentive to our needs even when we didn’t know what we wanted or needed. When we first arrived, Chris took care of us immediately. Giving us a tour of the resort and answering any questions we had. He even realized I had not eaten lunch one day and brought me some food while I was sitting on the beach. I was so amazed at his attentiveness. Shamoy was always smiling and happy to assist with anything we needed. He took care of all the dinner reservations and took great care of us. The room was amazing with the best view of the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. Nothing has compared so far to this room. We had the Bamboo Grove room with sky pool and roof terrace. My husband got diver certified and he was trained by Josh Clayton. He said he was the best trainer he’s ever had. He’s such a genuine and caring person that was very patient, attentive and professional.

What we like about Sandals Negril…the best walking beach, compact property with all amenities, excellent food with nice selection of restaurants, most comfortable beds, lots of shade huts on beach, happy and helpful staff, best ever massage by Makeda Henry, nightly entertainment, no wrist bands, no signing receipts for food, no kids, magical sunsets at 5:35, distilled water available,
