Romaine and Shanice- THE BEST BUTLERS!

We had such a good time at Sandals Negril! The beaches and resort were beautiful and clean, everyone was so friendly too. We stayed in the Sundowner rooms with butler service. Romaine and Shanice hands down made our vacation the best it could have been. When we returned from snorkeling (which they organized) Romaine was waiting to meet us with drinks while we exited the boat! That was so unexpected and made our day so much better. All of our dinner reservations were taken care of and they made sure we had anything and everything we wanted. More drinks? No problem. Want to order lunch? They already thought of it. Snacks? Done. Every day our beach chairs were set up with towels and a stocked cooler. They made sure we had fresh snacks when we returned from the beach too. They both did so much that I’d be here all day listing everything. We cannot thank them enough. The amount of thinking I did not have to do was amazing. Shanice and Romaine made our vacation so unbelievable that we went right to the travel desk and booked for next year.
Obstructed view for premium PRICE!!!

We are at the resort now..do NOT get Sundowner Swim Up w/Butler Room 6102. While the room is ok, the Butler is superb, your view however is HORRIBLE!! We are literally looking at the Barefoot restaurant..no view of the beach, no view of water…just a view of tables and people eating. Had we known THIS was the view we were paying for, we wouldn’t have. This room needs to be labeled as “obstructed view”. Tried to move but all rooms are either occupied or being serviced.
