Solid place overall. Food was great. Quality and freshness. Drinks selection was excellent. Beers -Corona, Modelo, Pacifico. Great Tequila list at all bars. Room was nice we had a 1 bedroom ocean view suite. Francisco in the Noi restaurant is a rockstar. Best service I have had in years… traveling or home. Ruben at the pool bar held it down and took care of our family. Adrian at the poolside service was also on point. Rooftop bar had the best onion rings and Poke Bowl. Steak quality was excellent. Seafood was fresh. Dishes were creative. Best breakfast buffet I have been to on vacation. Gym was well equipment for a full workout. The not so perfect. Check-in was way too long, our room wasn’t ready till late another drag. They shuffle you over to their sales team and frankly it’s whack after a day of travel. Our room had stained floor tiles that should be replaced looked gross. Whats ironic is they were really hell bent that check out was at noon and our all inclusive benefits were terminated yet no regard for our room being ready late. They had also called me the day prior to find out when we were arriving to make sure the room was ready. Fail on this segment. Service was hit and miss. One night we waited 40 min for desert. That was ridiculous. Lots of waiting to sign out for your tab. While the activities looked plentiful they often never happened and the ones that did had limited availability and you had to sign up. A bit odd. Kids club was 9-5 but no water or food for the kids. Activities were geared to 6 and below. Overall great place and we will comeback
Family vacation 2024

Our family vacation in July 2024 was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service we received from many members of the Garza team. From check-in to check-out, we were treated like royalty, with every detail thought of and every need anticipated. Our butlers Roberto and Alejandro were always available to help with anything we needed, while our housekeeper Zoila kept our room spotless and attended to our every need in a timely fashion. Javier in Karuma, and Mario in Blanca Blue , started our day off right with their warm smiles and detailed attention.
