I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few issues. The building felt quite old, and my initial room had problems with both the air conditioning ...and the fridge, which was disappointing. However, the staff was accommodating and offered me an upgrade to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room, the safe didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom, which was another inconvenience. Despite these issues, the resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and tried to resolve the problems. It was a solid stay, but a bit more attention to maintenance and updating the facilities would make it much better.

The whole resort was dirty and it smelled. The room was dirty there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. The hotel credits are a scam, you need to spend a bunch of money to be able to use the...m. The food was bland and low quality, the service sucked. The staff was rude. The pool was overcrowded and the water was disgusting. I didn’t even use it as I was afraid of getting sick. Definitely not combing back here!
