The customer service is amazing at the family selection Antonio from the bar the host was so helpful and resourceful. Amazing experience overall with the hotel stay housekeepers, room service restaurants the poolside we will be back !!!!!

I recently did a 3 day stay at the Palladium and it was amazing. The staff was all very super friendly and helpful. The grounds are very lush, and peaceful to walk around on. Since I was alone I did not book any of the restaurants and only ate at the buffet. It always had something good to eat so I was happy. I esp loved the ice cream that you could get everyday. I loved the gym and spa! I actually had the best 80 min massage I have ever had there. My friends was staying next door at Dreams, so I was able to check both places out and I actually preferred my place over theirs. It was about a 12 min ride to get to Punta Mita from the resort. I had no problem getting a ride from the airport to the hotel. I just waited and got a taxi at the airport and it was $80 (I did not prearrange a ride)... and then on my way back to the airport the taxi only charged me $30 so I guess the prices fluctuate. At one point of my stay, the manager sent me a fruit bowl and bottle of tequila to my room which was very thoughtful. I also love the coffee machine located by the sports bar. I love trying out all the different kinds of coffees on those machines. There was always a lot of things going on around the pool and in the evenings if you are looking for entertainment. I enjoyed the DJs music selection. All in all , great trip!
