This hotel is old & not maintained well. There are old signs suspending their services due to health code violations from July 2024 posted in the lobby and outside the Italian restaurant. My expensive perfume was taken from our hotel room. We spoke to a manager who said he would look into it with housekeeping & security mgrs and get back to us only he never followed up with any communication back. Food is so/so. Beach was the highlight for sure. There are quite a few beach chairs and good shade. We won’t go back due to the issues we had.

Pros: great employees, beautiful grounds and pool, amazing beach Now for the negatives. Our first room (330) had extensive water damage. The ac smelled of mold. The windows and patio door were difficult to open and almost came out of their slides. Fortunately when the dry wall fell into the shower (water leak from above) we were able to change to room 429 which was much better -very noisy at night. I have no idea why they have karaoke cranked at 10pm when almost all the guests have little children -the food ranged from bad to good. Like really, do we need hot dog pizza 4 days in a row? - lots of extra charges. Our family of 4 and they only give you 2 small water bottles a day. If you want more they charge you. They have some great building blocks but unfortunately ownership seems content being a 2.5 star resort. I would not recommend it to anyone and we will not be coming back
