Memorable stay at Samba!

Our girls trip to Samba was a blast. We had a great time at the pool daily, drinks were delicious with specials every day, buffet was a huge assortment of things to please everyone and entertainment for all ages but most of all the staff were so wonderful. Especially Salvador - server who was entertaining, super friendly a 5 star fantastic addition to Samba. Carlos - valet very helpful 5 star goes above and beyound for guests and was our first impression for samba which was great way to start things off. Luis - bar tender with the most. He recommended the oso negro, best drinks hands down great service and if he sees you coming he will be on it for sure. Gilberto - friendly pool and buffet server that goes out of his way to help and make you smile. Rachel Bernice - hostesses with the mostest. They rember names, always have a smile and a joy to see each day. Daniel and Leonardo servers were very attentive for our drinks indeed. Jimmy and Tony for fun times with entertainment. I know I am missing some names but the charm of Samba is hands down the great service by all from maids to front desk, store clerks, vallets, front entry workers, bartenders and servers. Samba knows how to treat you right. We loved the smaller resort feel and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would recommend to all ages for sure.

I just want to make sure that people don't take that 1 star review to heart. We stayed at this resort last March with lots of family including 5 grandsons aged 2 - 9. We all (adults included) had a wonderful time. The staff are amazing! Are the rooms a little dated? Yes, but the beds are super comfortable, the tv works great, the A/C works great and the safe worked great. We are actually all scheduled to go back this February 2025. Can't wait!!
