Lovely hotel but very big , so can get a bit confusing at first finding your way around. Staff very friendly and attentive. Only downside was being scammed by people on the beach selling excursions a regi...stered company called Asovenesco who are misleading. We paid for trip to sona island where boat only carries up to 16 passengers only. This was not the case when we arrived at the port. Where they only offered a party boat carrying 60 to 70 passengers. No refund offered and instead told not there problem. Forced to pay taxi to take us back at a great cost. Hotel are trying to sort this out but say company is not connected to hotel. This hotel should not allow these people on the premises if they are scamming guests.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the resort grounds, rooms and the restaurants. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and catered to your needs. I plan on visiting Punta Cana again but it will not be in May. I ...think the best time to travel to the Dominican Republic is in November the weather is much cooler. My concierge Roberto was awesome and Ramon in the Riverier Buffet was kind and attentive to our needs. Hopefully I will see you guys again when I visit again.
