I had an incredible time, the food is very good, the service too and Liam from the entertainment team, he is very friendly, funny and always willing to help, Celeste is also good, the shows are good, the monkeys are fun and friendly too. I WILL BE BACK.
My Detailed review of my family's stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise

Rooms The rooms were disappointing and in need of a complete overhaul. We experienced water leakage from the AC, which soaked our clothes, and the closets were smelly and had broken sections. The outdated furnishings didn’t match the overall vibe of the resort. Food The buffet experience was subpar, with cockroaches spotted around the food area—definitely a concern. Vegetarian options were scarce, and the desserts were particularly disappointing. However, the à la carte dinner options at La Locanda and Margarita were excellent, offering flavorful dishes and good service. Mike’s Coffee was a standout for its quality drinks, but it struggled to handle the crowd during peak times. Additionally, the resort definitely needs better snack options during the day to cater to the large number of guests. The Privilege Lounge was a welcome escape from the crowded main dining areas and provided superior service. Facilities, Activities, and Experience The facilities and activities were a highlight of our stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the club, the pools were fantastic, and the beaches were beautifully maintained. The resort offered a variety of activities during the day and evening to keep guests engaged, which added a lively atmosphere. Highlights included the Disney show and the opportunity to take photos with Santa, both of which were great additions for families. Another positive aspect was the cocktail bars spread across the resort, always ready to cater to the crowd, making it easy to grab a refreshing drink while enjoying the amenities. Privilege Service The Privilege Service added value to our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. While we didn’t use the butler service much, the lounge access was incredibly helpful, especially for quick and hassle-free breakfasts. Overall Despite the enjoyable facilities, engaging activities, great cocktail bars, and Privilege services, the outdated rooms and poor buffet experience were major drawbacks. Ocean Riviera Paradise needs significant improvements in these areas, particularly in room maintenance and food variety. However, the fun activities, beautiful beaches, and attentive service in the Privilege Lounge made it a good overall experience.
