World Café: Beginning April 25, 2025, the World Café will undergo renovations, with an expected completion date of July 19, 2025. To accommodate guests, throughout the duration of this project, the World Café buffet will be offered at the resort’s convention center.
Preferred Club Lounge: Beginning May 5, 2025, renovations will be completed to the Preferred Club Lounge, with an expected completion date of September 6, 2025. Throughout the duration of this project, Preferred Club guests are invited to enjoy the temporarily relocated Preferred Club Lounge, including all services and amenities, in the Presidential Suite Oceanfront room category.
Seaside and Oceana restaurants: Beginning July 21, 2025, renovations will be completed to Seaside restaurant and Oceana restaurant, with an expected completion date of November 22, 2025.
All efforts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.
Overview

The staff was incredibly kind and very attentive. Every possible need we had was surpassed with a simple mention and they continued to make us feel like we were the most important people on the property. T...hey made us feel like family! A huge thank you to Alfonso in building 27 who was stupendous and utterly kind. Jessica, janet and Alberto also went above and beyond as well. The property was very nicely appointed and kept in excellent maintenance. The beach was always being cleaned and the linens and towels clean and abundant. The entertainment was never boring and offered beautiful evening filled with awe. This was a much needed time away and we will be back!
