Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Nice Hotel

This hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the lobby was beautiful. Cable car is right out front, walking distance to the muni. Very good location for our weekend trip.
Very Bad Customer Service
ranchae78 (Las Vegas, Nevada) on Sep 20, 2024
I had guest of honor. The grantee suite upgrade and I did not get offered. Found out later and went to front desk, they said they do not have any. Told him that I just checked and it was available online. Then he said it is and if I want to move to the room. I moved after he asked me to bring ID again back to him. No apology. The lounge club house schedule was closed on Sunday and Monday. I asked him that since I cannot get free breakfast, if I can get credit to their food court. He said "you would not get any credit because you did not pay anything" " by the way, since we have big conference, the club is open" I felt very disappointed for the hospitality and did not even want to talk to anyone there. The first time I felt I treated wrong and bad. He was Asian with glasses on. Don't want to him to get in trouble, but you should consider that who gave the guest of honor told me that I should treated like him, and it was bad.
