Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Wonderful Suite!

We booked a suite for our 25th wedding anniversary and were upgraded to the Presidential Suite! It was a huge suite with views of the water. A separate bedroom, library, and living space as well as a hug...e bathroom and extra 1/2 bath. It was made even more special with wine and chocolate covered strawberries brought to the suite. Location is perfect across from Ferry Building and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
terribly uncomfortable

The mattress is the most important part of a stay, it’s where guests spend the majority of time. Mattress was twelve years old and terribly uncomfortable. We hardly got any sleep. Bell hop was very good, ...lobby check in was miss leading and good for the up sale. Plenty of better hotels in the general area.
