Great location at the heart of SF financial district. Ashley was amazing during my expedited check in and made me felt at home. The lounge had a great view of the bridge and SF. Great place to work and chi...ll. Close to everything and are all within walking distance.

The bed was the most comfortable that I've slept in in a long time. I loved the white noise machine; rain was my favorite. The room was comfortable, and the desk was perfect for working at. The breakfast... bar was delightful; almond croissants were a favorite. Ample spaces to work in the gathering area (lobby).

Bare bones Hyatt; no amenities; rude service. Front desk supervisor Agnes - rude; talked over me; wanted to dictate policy as opposed to accommodating. This is becoming a trend with Hyatt. I have been a me...mber at their highest loyalty level and these past fee experiences have made me change my loyalty program membership. .

The Hyatt is conveniently located in the financial district. Easy to get to, convenient parking on site or across the street. Its in a very safe location. I walked with very young grandkids from a Giants g...ame on a Friday night with no issues. The hotel staff is top notch. The hotel architecture is very unique. The rooms are very nice. We enjoyed are stay immensely.

Hotel has a very unique architecture inside. The location is perfect. Rooms were large with a work desk. Breakfast, mid day, and evening snacks had a good blend and variety. The revolving seating provide a...n nice view. Just outside BART station. Everything we expect from Hyatt brands.
