Amazing hotel in a lovely area. We had a harbor view room that overlooked the convention center green roof and the seaplanes. Had sprung for the Fairmont Gold level, which is worth it for the free breakfas...t alone. No cheap buffet here- cooked to order with attentive and charming waitstaff. There are additional snacks and “light bites” offered during the day. Concierge was great about making suggestions and reservations. Room was fantastic, comfortable bedding, huge bathroom with a fancy automatic bidet, TV the size of the bed. ipad next to the bed will let you open and close the drapes with a push of a button. Everyone at the hotel was cheerful and pleasant to be around. Hated to leave to come home!

We loved this hotel. Fantastic location walking distance to Gastown. It was the perfect base for our first time in Vancouver. The staff were knowledgable and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and comfo...rtable. The botanist was an excellent onsite restaurant.
