What you’ll do
As a member of the Contact Centre team, you’ll act as a true problem solver by assisting our guests with new reservations, changes to existing reservations and general inquiries.
Location
Calgary, Alberta
Home-based opportunities available for many positions, with travel to the Calgary campus as required. Candidates must reside within one hour's drive of campus.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Contact Centre role requirements
To be a member of the WestJet Contact Centre team, you must:
- Be a Canadian citizen or hold a valid Canadian permanent residency card
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Have combination of two years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales-related environment
- Strong computer skills, including a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Have a flexible schedule
- Complete and pass a criminal background check
If successful, you will need to be available for a seven-week paid training course.
