We absolutely LOVE El CID, this was our 6th time there and it keeps getting better. We are so impressed with the consistently good service, cleanliness, food, and recreation. The improvements to the beach ...(we loved kayaking and snorkeling) and new additions (rooftop bars and new restaurants) continue to make this resort wonderful. The hardworking staff create the most wonderful experience and we love that it continues to be a family friendly resort. Shoutout to the beach maintenance crew - so impressive and all of the food staff - servers, chefs, etc and the grounds crew - wow it’s Beautiful. Manuel Diaz and Are Mendez are exceptional butlers Our favorite restaurants were Italian, French, seafood, Hibachi is always fun and we loved the buffet for breakfast - omelet staff are outstanding! The food overall is wonderful! Thank you all, we hope to be back soon!

Butlers Omar, Gerson and Alan were great!! They were very attentive and so friendly!! They all worked well together to communicate our needs to each other and even answered texts when they weren’t workin...g. Very professional and friendly. Can’t wait to come again!
