El Cid was a great family, friendly resort! Special shout out to Renan who was the buffet restaurant manager and went above and beyond to make our dining experience extra special. Only thing I would say is... having more buffet locations to choose from for dinner as it could get busy with long waits from time to time! Overall, great experience

We just spent a flawless week as Platinum guests in an oceanfront room with Ventus el Cid’s best butlers, Are Mendez and Manuel Diaz. My every request was met with a smile and delivered perfectly. Every di...nner was at the time and place of my choosing and loungers at the Platinum beach were reserved for us. I’ve never been more pampered and I feel like I’ve found my vacation home. The variety of pools, hot tubs and bars meant that we could find the perfect level of activity for us. I’m fussy about linens and housekeeping and their service was exemplary as well. Their service overall far exceeds their price point and the restaurants are amazing. I don’t have a single complaint.
