One of the main pools at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa will be closed from April 28, 2025 to May 7, 2025 due to maintenance.
The Lazy River and other pools will remain 100% operative. Additionally, all activity pools and pool bars will be fully operational. All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
This resort is a nature lover's paradise: its beautiful beaches lead into crystal clear water and the largest coral reef on the Mayan Riviera where visitors can snorkel and scuba dive. There is a cenote (natural cave) and Mayan ruins on the property which blends with the architecture influenced by ancient Mayan designs.
Other fees include

We always have a great time when we visit this resort. The beach is great, views are beautiful, and it has a ton of great amenities. The lazy river is a nice way to unwind after doing some activities. We e...specially appreciated the service we received from Barbara at the sky bar. Barbara was always very friendly & kind, and quick with the drinks!

Mario was our server at restaurant Carnal! Great service and food, specialist cocktails made to order! Starter was amazingly g along with the main but the show stopper was the dessert- de-constructed carro...t cake…needs to be seen to be believed! All accompanied by great dancing, singing and entertainment! !
