First of all, we stayed way in the back and it was like a maze at first! However, by day 2 we figured it out and then began to fall in love with the resort. The service was absolutely top-notch. Our concie...rge, Ricardo, was phenomenal and would send us an itinerary each morning. Our house cleaner, Dulce, did a fantastic job, including returning each night for turn down service (getting the blankets pulled back, slippers ready, and chocolate)! The entertainment throughout the day is so much fun! We played so much volleyball, pickleball, pool volleyball, games, etc! Shout out to Max and Lizbeth for keeping us entertained! The food is the best food you’ll ever eat and the drinks never stop flowing. Jesus in the sports bar served us our favorite night cap each night. The grounds are gorgeous and so well kept. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful resort! We will be back!

This is by the far the BEST Secrets resort I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few. I would even go as far as saying one of the best all inclusive resorts. From Oscar the manager to Jose our co...ncierge to our favorite waiter Fernando , everyone was so friendly and attentive and gave service with a smile and great attitude. The food was almost as amazing as the people. They have 24 hour room service. The indoor outdoor Spa is heaven! And the grounds are immaculate. 3 pools, over 5 restaurants and a beautiful beach. What more can you also for There was a mistake made with our reservation when we arrived and they spent our entire stay making it up to us. Now that’s what I call amazing customer service. I will most definitely be back! This place deserves all the praise it gets. All hotels should train their staff like they have trained them here.
