I chose this place for me and my husbands 20th anniversary at random. I did see the reviews but I was extremely satisfied and happy of the choice I made since this place was extremely relaxing and romantic. Will def be visiting again.

Whether you want to vacation quietly or enjoy the fun activities all day/night long, there is a place for you here! The resort was not only beautiful, but the staff was incredible and made our stay wonderful and memorable. Carlos and Max and the entire entertainment team added to this as one of our favorite vacations ever. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I mistakenly booked this resort. We were trying to book Secrets Tulum! Best mistake I ever made! The resort is a tropical rainforest on a beach! I’ve never seen such amazing and beautifully curated landscaping! The pool temperatures, whether it was the swim up pool or main pools, were always a perfect 89.3 degrees. We were thinking the rooms were going to be dated based on the online pics but to our surprise they rooms were fabulous! A perfect modern base with hints of luxury Mexican decor! We stayed in the preferred club so that was a greater added bonus to have on on duty concierge to ask for our baths to be drawn daily or request for pool floats.. they also have a pillow menu! ???? really whatever you wanted they found it. Room service food and pop ups were amazing. The specialty restaurants were good but not amazing. Keep in mind I am a foodie so standards may be unreasonable high. The beach service was awesome and the beach was white sand and beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary week!

All of the staff were so friendly & helpful. In particular Alejandro, at the Bali Beds & Gerardo, at the Preferred Club were the most amazing staff, very attentive & so sweet. They made sure our experience was a great one!

The service is excellent and the resort is very nice. We enjoy the experience and enjoy all of the activities offered. Osuana makes our pool experience amazing!! He is very attentive to all guests and his co-workers. He has a 5 star reputation among his co-workers and that matches our experiences with him. Moises always takes care of us! It was great to see Fernanda Uribe again, another one that goes above and beyond. VIP Service from Mau and William was great. We were looked after well and all of our needs were fulfilled. The Preferred Club was great and the staff was amazing! Thank you Santiago, Abraham, Sarai. Hector at the Bali beds is always on top of everything! David at Seaside was great! Eferen at the quiet pool delivers amazing service!
